I'm Stella Madre, and right now, I write books and screenplays, build rituals, move bodies, tell stories, and help people remember Who They Are. My work is rooted in the embodiment of creative devotion and authentic expression.

THE BODY BECOMES is an embodied breath, movement, and mantra practice.
Explore the body as a living portal — a biological time machine, a tuning fork for the future, and an antenna for present possibility. This is a place to move in ways that feel organic, alive, and true, making space for Life to move through you.
Please note: these sessions are Spirit-led. What unfolds on the day may change.
We weave from multiple disciplines, including (but not limited to):
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Pranayama (breath), Mantra (voice), animal movements, gentle somatic and inspired movement, ritual, meditation, story, archetypes, and symbolic language, dōTERRA essential oils. (Don't have any oils? Why??? I can help!)

Friday — 8:00 AM (SAST)/ 6:00 AM (UK) - 45 minutes
First class is FREE
How Much?
One class per week:

Both classes:
