​I’m not here to build an empire.  I’m here to create space for Life to move through me and largely to have a good time doing it. I encourage you to do the same.

With a background in professional writing, entertainment, coaching, and yoga, I’ve spent nearly three decades guiding individuals and groups through the intersections of spiritual practice, embodiment, creativity, and personal truth.

 

My practice weaves grounded skill with deep soul — offering participants both craft and catharsis.

I also have a bit of a potty mouth. I laugh like a witch, and I'm a bit wild.
